Follow the link to download TestFlight (if prompted) and then install the Aina Alpha App.
For Android:

Check your email inbox for your Google Play Alpha invite.

Click the provided link and install the Aina Alpha App directly from Google Play.

After installation, launch the app and log in with the credentials you receive via email. Your profile details (skin concerns, etc.) will already be set up by our team, ensuring you can jump straight into your personalized experience.

How much time will I need to commit as an alpha tester?
We recommend setting aside 2-3 hours per week to test features and provide feedback. This includes using both Shopping Buddy and Ask Aina in your daily routine and completing short feedback survey
Will I need any special technical knowledge?
Not at all! We're looking for beauty enthusiasts of all technical backgrounds. The app is designed to be intuitive, and we provide clear guidance throughout the testing process.
What devices does Aina work on?
During alpha testing, Aina will be available on iOS (iPhone 11 and newer) and Android (version 10+) smartphones. We'll expand to more devices before the public launch.
How is my data used during testing?
Your data is used solely to improve Aina's personalization capabilities. We take privacy seriously - all data is anonymized for analysis.
Can I share my experience on social media?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your Aina experience on social media using #AinaFounder. We would like it if you tagged us in the posts. If you are unsure, please contact support@aina.ai
Do I get full access to the full product after alpha testing?
Yes! Alpha testers will be the first to receive access to the public beta and will have lifetime "Founder status" with exclusive perks and early access to all future features.
How long is the Alpha period?
Approximately 6 weeks. We'll keep you updated on the timeline!
How do I share videos?
You can share videos of Aina and share them on your social media, and we would love it if you submit them in the WhatsApp group! You will receive an invite once you are registered.
